The Gourds tour 1998
I flew down from New Jersey to capture the whole thing on film, partly because their new drummer, Keith Langford, was taking his very first tour with the band, but mostly because I just love seeing The Gourds play live. 17 years later, I still do. Back then, though, since they had only been around for a little more than three years, there was a different kind of feeling in the air. The possibilities seemed endless...at least to me. I just hope some of that comes through in the pictures that I took.
